Activity Registration: 

The WG Athletic Department is excited to announce its transition to a new platform that coincides with the other Suburban Conference Schools, called FINALFORMS   This is a one time registration, that allows you to simply update each year the mandatory signatures, along with easy updating of your son or daughter’s physical before time expires. 

A few important notes to help in completing the online registration:

• It is recommended that you use a tablet or computer to complete the registration. .
• If your student is planning to participate in a FALL SPORT, CHEERLEADING, or DANCE, registration MUST BE completed by August 11th. (Coaches will have access and monitor as practices begin).
• Click on the Parent Playbook to get started in FinalForms. 
• Please pick any sport you think they may be interested in. We will cross reference, once rosters are complete, and remove accordingly.
